Began working and teaching at Southern Hills Tennis Center in Shreveport, LA in 1984...

Certified by the United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) at that time and became the Assistant Tennis Professional at Southern Hills Tennis Center...

Became the Head Tennis Professional at Riverside Swim and Tennis Club in Shreveport, LA in 1988...

Conducted numerous tournaments, leagues, clinics and private lessons at both facilities...

Achieved a Louisiana state ranking in Mixed Doubles...

Moved away from the game in 1998 to Arkansas to become a Fly Fishing Guide... ("Only two things I've been doing longer than playing tennis - flyfishing and playing the blues!!!")

More recently working primarily with the Murfreesboro High School tennis team and players from the Nashville, AR team.
